What is your return policy?

Exchanges can only be provided for physical items which arrive damaged, or different than described/ordered.

I pre-ordered an item, when will I receive it?

Pre-orders usually ship in 8-10 weeks. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee an exact date.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express and PayPal

What if I accidentally list an incorrect address as my shipping address?

Please email customer service immediately with “WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS” as the subject. In the body of your email, please include your name and your “Order Number”

My card was declined but I still was charged.

The charge is a pending transaction and will fall off within 2-3 business days. Your Credit card company or bank will hold these funds for your own security.
